Follow this step-by-step guide to create your account and complete your onboarding.
Step 1: Initial Registration
Visit the Protos AI signup page and enter your email address to begin.
Step 2: Account Details
Fill in the required registration form, including:
Full Name
Company Name
Password
Important Note: To maintain the security and integrity of our network, we do not allow registrations from free email providers (e.g., @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com). Please use your corporate email address.
Step 3: Email Verification
After submitting the form, we will send a verification link to your inbox.
Click the link to verify your email address.
Can't find the email? Please check your Junk or Spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes.
Step 4: Admin Approval
Once your email is verified, your account will enter our internal verification process. Our platform administrators review every application to ensure a secure environment.
You will receive an update on your registration status via email within 2 working days.
Step 5: Logging In
Once your account has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the login link provided in that email to access the platform for the first time.
Step 6: Onboarding
Upon your first login, you will be prompted to fill out a brief onboarding form. Provide the requested details to help us tailor your experience.
